Amendment, Etc. of Material Contracts. Amend, modify, or supplement (i) any of the Material Contracts unless such amendments, modifications, or supplements, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect or (ii) any agreement related to the Existing Senior Notes or Indebtedness pursuant to Section 7.02(h) or (j) in a way that would result in the failure of such Indebtedness to comply with the requirements of Section 7.02(h) (including in the case of the Existing Senior Notes) or (j).
