Electronic mail and Internet and intranet websites may be used only to distribute routine communications, such as drafts of loan documents and financial statements and other information as provided in Section 13, and to distribute this Agreement and the other documents to be executed in connection herewith for execution by the parties thereto, and may not be used for any other purpose.
