Common use of Amendment in Process Clause in Contracts

Amendment in Process. 17 It is understood that certain Health and Welfare issues referred to in a letter to 18 the Association's Attorney dated July 31, 1996, as well as certain provisions for leave 19 sharing in the event of catastrophic illness, may be the subject of amendment for Local 20 88 and other bargaining units. In such event, the terms and conditions of the 21 amendment with Local 88 shall apply to this bargaining unit. 1 ARTICLE 9
