Common use of Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of this Agreement and any Note Document” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 with the phrase “of this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”.

Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Class A Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (ba) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of under this Agreement and any Note DocumentAgreement” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 (b) thereof with the phrase “of under this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”.

Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Class B Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (ba) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of under this Agreement and any Note DocumentAgreement” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 (b) thereof with the phrase “of under this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”.

Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Class AA Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (ba) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of under this Agreement and any Note DocumentAgreement” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 (b) thereof with the phrase “of under this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”.

Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA Note Purchase Agreement and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of this Agreement and any Note Document” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 with the phrase “of this Agreement, the NPA Note Purchase Agreement and any Note Document”.

Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “"of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” " set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase “"of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” " and (ii) replacing the phrase “"of this Agreement and any Note Document” " set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 with the phrase “"of this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”".

Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Class B Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (ba) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” ”, and (ii) replacing the phrase “of under this Agreement and any Note DocumentAgreement” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 (b) thereof with the phrase “of under this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”.

Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA Note Purchase Agreement and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of this Agreement and any Note Document” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 with the phrase “of this Agreement, the NPA Note Purchase Agreement and any Note Document”.. Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Class A Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (ba) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” and ”, (ii) replacing the phrase “of under this Agreement and any Note DocumentAgreement” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 (b) thereof with the phrase “of under this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”., and (iii) deleting paragraph (c) thereof and inserting the following in lieu of such paragraph (c):

Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA Note Purchase Agreement and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of this Agreement and any Note Document” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 with the phrase “of this Agreement, the NPA Note Purchase Agreement and any Note Document”.. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Class B Trust, by (i) replacing the Trust Supplement No. 2010-1B (2010-1B EETC) 17 phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (ba) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of under this Agreement and any Note DocumentAgreement” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 (b) thereof with the phrase “of under this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”.
