Common use of Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Class C Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (a) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “under this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase “under this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”.
