Amendment of Use Agreement. 27.1 It is agreed that the USE AGREEMENT may be amended, added to or altered with the prior approval of registered shareholders holding 75% (seventy five per centum) or more of the issued SHARES in the COMPANY, present in person or by proxy at a general meeting of the COMPANY called for that purpose and any such amendment, addition or alteration shall be binding upon the COMPANY and all MEMBERS.

  • Amendment of Agreement This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement of the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser and only in accordance with the provisions of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

Cooling Off Period Once cover has commenced You have 21 (twenty one) calendar days to decide whether this Policy meets Your needs. This is called the “cooling off period”. If during this time, You decide You are not completely satisfied with this Policy, and provided You have not made a claim under this Policy, You can cancel this Policy by notifying Us in writing.
