USE AGREEMENT. All users of District's systems (including but not limited to telephone, modem, fax, PC, internet, videoconferencing, etc.) must read and comply with these Policies, as well as any additional guidelines established by the administrators of each system. BY USING ANY OF THE DISTRICTS COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPUTING SYSTEMS OR FACILITIES, USERS AGREE THAT THEY UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT AND WELL COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES. Official Use is a use that supports or is related to the conduct of College business. In addition to activities required for one's job (e.g., research, professional growth, office correspondence and administrative functions), official use includes activities such as professional development and Appendix H (continued) educational activities related to the user's work assignment, incidental perusal of information for educational or professional development related to the user's work assignment, etc., incidental and occasional use is permissible provided it is agreeable with the employee's area manager, consistent with this policy, and all College policies and procedures and does not: - Directly or indirectly interfere with the College's operations of such resources; - Burden the College with noticeable incremental cost; - Interfere with the user's employment or other obligations to the College; or - Constitute an "unacceptable use," as defined in this and other policies. Users who elect to engage in such incidental use should do so with no expectation of personal privacy concerning the messages they compose, transmit, or receive. Furthermore, the user assumes all responsibility for backing up or maintaining personal files.
USE AGREEMENT. Upon the consummation of the Eleventh Amendment Acquisition, Borrowers shall deliver to Agent a Use Agreement, in a form substantially similar to the Amended and Restated Use Agreement, reflecting the use by CBC of the FCC Licenses acquired in the Eleventh Amendment Acquisition.

USE AGREEMENT. 6.1 The Purchaser shall, prior to the Effective Date, sign the Use Agreement and provide the original signed copy to the Company; and
6.2 provide the Company with a signed securities transfer form in respect of the Share Block, signed in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 and the MOI, undated and blank as to transferee.
USE AGREEMENT. This Agreement, entered into by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (the "Secretary" or "HUD"), and (Owner), provides as follows:

All tenants in occupancy at the time that the plan of action is approved will receive a copy of the use agreement.
USE AGREEMENT. This agreement provides the conditions and authorizations for use of attendee mailing information provided by the California Podiatric Medical Association.
USE AGREEMENT. Plaintiff Right to Dream Too (“R2DToo”) and City will enter into a Use Agreement for R2DToo’s temporary use of City controlled property located at XX Xxxxxxx Court/NW Station Way. The Use Agreement will be executed within a time mutually agreeable to R2DToo and the City. At the termination of the Use Agreement, the City will make good faith efforts to find R2DToo an alternative location for its activities. Plaintiffs and City agree that their respective execution of the Use Agreement is also consideration for this Agreement.
USE AGREEMENT. Seller and Purchaser agree that the effectiveness of this Agreement shall further be contingent upon the execution and delivery by both parties of the Use Agreement.
