Amendment to Article 11. Section 11.03 of the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting the first sentence of the final paragraph of such Section 11.03.
Amendment to Article 11. Article 11 of the Indenture (Redemption and Purchase of Securities) is hereby amended to include the following Section 1110:
Amendment to Article 11. Section 11.3 of the CLA is hereby amended by replacing the last sentence of that section with the following: ‘In addition, the receiving Party may disclose Confidential Information to its Affiliates and its and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents and advisors on a “need-to-know” basis in order for the receiving Party to exercise its rights or fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, each of whom prior to disclosure must be bound by obligations of confidentiality and restrictions on use of such Confidential Information that are no less restrictive than those set forth in Article 11.’
Amendment to Article 11. (a) Section 11.12 of the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) thereof and redesignating paragraph (d) thereof as paragraph (b).
Amendment to Article 11. Article 11 of the Loan Agreement, Miscellaneous, is hereby amended by deleting Section 11.17, Senior Debt, in its entirety and by inserting in lieu thereof the following:
