Amendment to clause 18. 14 (SPVs) The Parties agree that Clause 18.14(e) of the Facility Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Amendment to clause 18. 4: The existing clause 18.4 now reads: “The amount payable on redemption shall be paid to the Unit Holders or first named joint Unit Holder by dispatching a cheque/ bank draft for the amount to the registered address of the Unit Holder or may be paid to the Unit Holder by transfer to the Unit Holder's designated bank account as mentioned in the Investor Account Opening Form within six Business Days from the date of presentation of the duly completed redemption application, electronic or otherwise, at the Authorized Branch or office of the Distributor or Registrar.”
