Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated so that it reads, in its entirety, as follows:
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02(d) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Section 4.02(d) in its entirety.
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following proviso at the end of clause (a) thereof: “provided that (i) any reduction or termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments that are not Extended Revolving Credit Commitments on the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date for such Commitments shall not be applied to reduce any Extended Revolving Credit Commitment and (ii) reductions pursuant to the proviso to Section 2.04(a) shall not be applied to the Extended Revolving Credit Commitments;”.
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting "Maturity Date" in the first and second sentences thereof and substituting therefor "Termination Date".
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding new clause (d) immediately following clause (c) as follows:
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting “clauses (i) and (ii) of” in clause (d) of such Section.
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) adding the following new paragraph (c) immediately following paragraph (b) of such Section 4.02 and (b) replacing the text “(a) and (b)” in the last paragraph of such Section 4.02 with the text “(a), (b) and (c)”:
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting clause (h) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the title "(h) Intentionally Omitted".
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to add a new subsection (c) thereto:
Amendment to Section 4.02. Section 4.02 of the Credit Agreement is amended by adding after the phrase "UCC financing statements" in the first parenthetical the phrase ", mortgages or similar instruments."
