New Paragraph. A new Section 2.4(e) is hereby added to the Executive Agreement to read as follows:
New Paragraph. Add: Night stock crews shall not be scheduled to work prior to 6:00 A.M. the day following Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. If store closed on Easter, this applies to that holiday also.
New Paragraph. An employee who is absent from work without notifying his Store i Manager and having bona fide excuse may be considered to have voluntarily quit. New Paragraph. In the event employees engage in an authorized work stoppage, em ployees will be called back by seniority within their classification as needed in their store on termination of the authorized work stoppage. APPENDIX *B, LAY OFF PROCEDURE: In the event of a lay off for lack of work, the principle of seniority shall be applied as follows:
New Paragraph. The State may, in its sole discretion terminate this agreement for cause or for convenience pursuant to the Standard Specification or if the State, USDOT or FHWA determined that termination of this Agreement is in the public interest.
New Paragraph. Prohibition on Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, 2 C.F.R. 200.216; 2 C.F.R. 200 Appendix II; and current NJDOT Specifications 106.01 and 106.03 requires Utility and any of its procured consultants and contractors (all tiers) to comply with all prohibitions of telecommunications products or video surveillance services therein.
New Paragraph. If an employee is ordered to work planned overtime and if the employee has received less than twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular hourly rate of pay for any such hours worked.

New Paragraph. 2.9 is hereby added as follows: COACH has an affirmative obligation to cooperate fully in any ICAA and/or WSU investigation. Full assistance and cooperation includes, but is not limited to reporting issues of noncompliance in a timely manner; timely participation in interviews and providing complete truthful responses and relevant information; disclosing and providing access to all electronic devices used for business purposes (regardless of whether COACH pays for the device or ICAA pays for the device); providing access to all social media, messaging and other applications that are relevant to the investigation; and preserving the integrity of an investigation along with the confidentiality required.
New Paragraph. 29 of the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall be amended by adding a new Paragraph 29 which shall state as follows: "Osteotech will agree to the entry of an order of dismissal of the Regeneration Chapter 11 Case, provided, however, that such order shall be subject to revocation in the event that the Plan of Arrangement:
