Amendment to Section 9.02. Section 9.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to restate clause (p) thereof in its entirety as follows:
Amendment to Section 9.02. Clause (vii) of the first proviso to Section 9.02(b) of the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting the words “release either of the Parent Guarantors from its obligations under the Parent Guaranty, or” in their entirety.
Amendment to Section 9.02. Section 9.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending and restating subsection (c) thereof in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
Amendment to Section 9.02. Section 9.02(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the text “, the Domestic Availability Block and the Canadian Availability Block” immediately after the text “the Availability Block” in clause (ix) of Section 9.02(b).
Amendment to Section 9.02. The first paragraph of Section 902 of the Base Indenture is hereby amended to read as follows:
Amendment to Section 9.02. Section 9.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of the first sentence of subsection (b) thereof, and replacing it with the following: “(it being understood that any change to Section 2.21 shall require the consent of the Administrative Agent, each Swingline Lender and each Issuing Bank).”
