Amendment to Trademark License Agreement. The Parent shall cause its affiliate Reading Investment Company, Inc. ("Reading Investment") and the Company to execute an amended Angelika-SOHO Trademark License Agreement dated as of April 15, 1997 by and between Reading Investment (as amended, the "Amended Trademark License Agreement") in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Amendment to Trademark License Agreement. The following sentence is added at the end of Section 14.1 of each of the Trademark Licenses Agreements: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Licensor shall not withhold its consent to an assignment of this agreement to a party to whom Sprint PCS has approved the assignment of the Management Agreement.
Amendment to Trademark License Agreement. This Amendment (the “Amendment”) to The Trademark License Agreement entered into as of the 30th day of October, 1997 (the “Agreement”) by and between Kraft Pizza Company (“Kraft”), and California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. (“CPK”) is entered into as of the 1st day of May, 1999 (the “Effective Date”). Terms appearing in initial capital letters in this Amendment shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement unless they are otherwise defined herein.
Amendment to Trademark License Agreement. If a Change in Voting Control occurs, then the Company and GameSquare Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Game”), shall amend the Trademark License Agreement, dated May 15, 2024, between the Company and Game (as amended, the “License”), in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit G. The Parties covenant and agree that the Kxxxxx Investor shall have the right to act on behalf of, and enforce any and all of the rights of, the Company under the License and any amendments thereto, in its sole discretion. The parties acknowledge that the rights of the Kxxxxx Investor set forth in this Section 7.1 are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Kxxxxx Investor and constitute a material inducement to the Kxxxxx Investor to enter into this Agreement and approve the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
