This right may apply where the sharing is based on Consent, Contract or Legitimate Interests, or where a Court Order has demanded that the information for an individual must no longer be processed.
Individuals have the right to object to any processing which relies on Consent, Legitimate Interests, or Public Task as its legal basis for processing.
