Amendments and Regulations. 14.1 Amendments to the Agreement, of whatever nature, will be effective only if agreed upon in writing between the Parties. Notwithstanding this, XXXXX will be entitled to unilaterally terminate or modify the Agreement, thus including these Terms and Conditions, if so required by applicable laws or regulations.
