Common use of Amendments and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Regulations. 14.1 Amendments to the Agreement, of whatever nature, will be effective only if agreed upon in writing between the Parties. Notwithstanding this, SEPAY will be entitled to unilaterally terminate or modify the Agreement, thus including these Terms and Conditions, if so required by applicable laws or regulations. The changes in Terms and Conditions are notified and published beforehand, where the Merchant has the right to terminate the agreement in case changes of the Terms and Conditions are aggravating.
