Common use of Amendments and Waivers – Ancillary Facilities Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Waivers – Ancillary Facilities. No amendment or waiver of a term of any Ancillary Facility or Ancillary Facility Document or Conversion Notice shall require the consent of any Finance Party other than the relevant Ancillary Facility Lender unless such amendment or waiver itself directly gives rise to an amendment or waiver which would require an amendment of or under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, under this Clause 6.8) and in such a case, Clause 37 (Amendments and Waivers) will apply.
