Common use of Amendments; Assignments Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Assignments. (a) The Support Agreement will not be amended, modified, restated, supplemented or replaced in any manner, except with the unanimous written consent of the Trust, Allstate Life, the Administrator, the Delaware Trustee and the Indenture Trustee. (b) Neither the Support Agreement nor any title, right or interest in the Support Agreement may be sold, transferred, assigned, hypothecated or alienated in any manner whatsoever, except with the express written consent of the Trust and Allstate Life.
