Amendments Form Part of Agreement. Where any amendments are made under 10.3, Schedule B “3” (Permitted Encumbrances) will be revised and will, as revised, form part of this Agreement.
Amendments Form Part of Agreement. Where any amendments are agreed to under sections 7.4, 7.5, or 7.6, the Schedules to this Agreement will be revised and initialed accordingly. The revised and initialed Schedule will form part of this Agreement.

The Permitted Encumbrances identified and agreed to by the Parties in respect of a Parcel under the Land Selection Process will be set out in Schedule F and the Parties will revise and initial Schedule F accordingly and that revised and initialed Schedule F will form part of this Agreement.
