Initial Schedule definition

Initial Schedule means the schedule that is proposed before any work has commenced against the project. The initial schedule differs from a current schedule only such that no activities have begun. Initial Schedules are usually the first schedules submitted for approval to the JEA representative. An Initial Schedule has no standing and is considered a working document or proposal.

Related to Initial Schedule

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Initial Filing Date means the date on which the Initial Registration Statement is filed with the SEC.

  • Initial Sale Time means 2:30 p.m. (Eastern time) on the date of this Underwriting Agreement.
