SUPPORT OF AGREEMENT. The District and the Association agree that it is to their mutual benefit to encourage the resolution of differences through the meeting and negotiation process. Therefore, it is agreed that the District and the Association will support this Agreement and that the Association, for its term, will not appear before the Governing Board to seek change or improvement in any matter subject to the meeting and negotiation process except by mutual agreement of the District and the Association.

SUPPORT OF AGREEMENT. During the term of this Agreement, the District agrees not to negotiate with any other organization on matters upon which the Federation is the exclusive representative and which is within the scope of representation, nor will the District attempt to negotiate privately or individually with the members of the bargaining unit or any person not officially designated by the Federation as its representative. The Federation agrees to negotiate only with the representatives officially designated by the District to act on its behalf and agrees neither the Federation, its members, nor agents, will attempt to negotiate privately or individually with the Board, an individual Board member, or any person not officially designated by the Board as its representative.

Therefore, it is agreed that the Union will support this Agreement for its term and will not appear before any public school employer to seek change or improvement in any matter subject to the meet and negotiation process except by mutual agreement of the District and the Union.

SUPPORT OF AGREEMENT. 3.1 The District and CSEA agree that it is in their mutual benefit to encourage the resolution of differences through the meet and negotiation process. Therefore, it is agreed that CSEA will support the terms of this Agreement and will not appear before any public bodies to seek change or improvement in any matters subject to the meet and negotiation process except by mutual agreement.
SUPPORT OF AGREEMENT. By entering into this MOU, the City and the Union have arrived at a final understanding through the meet and confer process, resolving any differences, which may have arisen during that process. Accordingly, it is agreed that the Union will support this MOU for its term and will not appear before any public bodies to seek change or improvement in any matter subject to the meet and confer process except by mutual agreement of the City and the Union.
