Common use of Amendments or Extensions Clause in Contracts

Amendments or Extensions. Amendments or extensions, save any subject to rulemaking, within the scope of this Agreement shall only be made by mutual consent of the Parties to this Agreement by issuance of a written modification, signed and dated by all Parties to this Agreement, prior to any changes taking effect. No Party is obligated to fund any changes not properly approved in advance.
