Amendments or Waivers of Organizational Documents. Agree to any amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to, or waiver of, any of its Operating Documents in a manner that would adversely affect its ability to perform its obligations under the Loan Documents or adversely affect the rights, remedies and benefits available to, or conferred upon, the Administrative Agent or any Lender under any Loan Document.
