Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an amendment to the Policies and Procedures or to these Terms and Conditions is required, in the reasonable judgment of CRISP, after consultation with the Advisory Board, to be immediately required for the continued technological functioning of the HIE or to comply with the provisions of Applicable Law or regulations, CRISP may shorten the periods of time specified in Sections 11.04(a) or (b) to such period of time as CRISP reasonably determines appropriate under the circumstances, but no less than a total period of thirty (30) days for Material amendments or a total period of ten (10) days for Non-Material amendments. In the event of such a determination, the various time periods specified in Section 11.04(a) for Material amendments will be shortened proportionately, if applicable.
