Amendments; Status. 8.1 No offer, gift or payment, consideration or benefit of any kind, which constitutes an illegal or corrupt practice, was or shall be made to anyone, either directly or indirectly, as an inducement or reward for the execution of any Contribution Agreement or Contribution Arrangement.
