AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE SIXTEEN. (a) Section 1605 is amended in its entirety with respect to the Notes to read as follows:
AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE SIXTEEN. (a) The first sentence of Section 1603 is amended in its entirety with respect to the Note to read as follows: As promptly as practicable after the surrender (in any event within ten Business Days), as herein provided, of any Note or Notes for conversion into Common Stock, the Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered at its said office or agency to or upon the written order of the Holder of the Note or Notes so surrendered a certificate or certificates representing the number of duly authorized, validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable shares of Common Stock into which such Note or Notes may be converted in accordance with the terms thereof and the provisions of this Article Sixteen.
