Amendments to Article VII of the Credit Agreement. Article VII of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Amendments to Article VII of the Credit Agreement. (1) Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by re-lettering existing clause (p) thereof as clause (q) and adding the following as new clause (p) thereof:

Article VII of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "or" at the end of paragraphs (j) and (k), (ii) inserting immediately after the semicolon at the end of paragraph (l) thereof the word "or" and (iii) adding the following new paragraph (m):

(a) Section 7.03(a) of the Credit Agreement will be amended by (i) deleting the word “and” and the end of clause (B) thereof, (ii) replacing the “;” at the end of clause (C) thereof with “and” and (iii) inserting new clause (D) that reads in its entirety as follows:

Amendments to Article VII of the Credit Agreement. (a) Section 7.02(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted and the phrase "Indebtedness of the Borrowers and the other Loan Parties under this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, the New Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents (as defined in the New Credit Agreement)" is inserted in lieu thereof as a new Section 7.02(a).
Amendments to Article VII of the Credit Agreement. (a) Section 7.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting from clause (a) thereof the words "the Term Loan" and substituting therefor the words "the Loans".
