Amendments to Certificate of Limited Partnership. If an amendment to this Agreement shall be made pursuant to this Section 15, the General Partner shall be authorized to execute, acknowledge, swear to, deliver, file, record, and publish, on behalf of the Partnership and each Partner, such amendments to the Certificate of Limited Partnership as shall be necessary or desirable to reflect such amendment.
