Amendments to General Provisions. Any amendment to these General Provisions must be mutually agreed to by Seller and Buyer and accepted by Escrow Agent. The Purchase Agreement and these General Provisions shall constitute the entire escrow agreement between the Escrow Agent and the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of the Escrow.
