Common use of AMENDMENTS TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENTS TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The provisions of this MOU can be amended, supplemented, rescinded, or otherwise altered only by mutual agreement in writing, hereafter signed by the designated representatives of the City, IPOA, and the City Manager, unless said amendments are required to be adopted by the City Council of the City of Inglewood.
