Amendments to the Acts of Incorporation. The Consortium Members shall notify ANP about any amendments to its acts of incorporation, bylaws, or articles of association by sending copies thereof and copies of the documents for election of its managers or for evidence of the current board of executive officers within thirty (30) days of their effectiveness. This Agreement shall be executed, governed, and construed according to the Brazilian laws. The parties shall comply with the Applicable Laws and Regulations in the execution of the Agreement.
