  • TO THE STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES This Appendix forms part of the Clauses and must be completed and signed by the parties. Description of the technical and organisational security measures implemented by the data importer in accordance with Clauses 4(d) and 5(c) (or document/legislation attached):

  • Standard Contractual Clauses Where (i) Personal Data of an EEA or Swiss based Controller is processed in a country outside the EEA, Switzerland and any country, organization or territory acknowledged by the European Union as safe country with an adequate level of data protection under Art. 45 GDPR, or where (ii) Personal Data of another Controller is processed internationally and such international processing requires an adequacy means under the laws of the country of the Controller and the required adequacy means can be met by entering into Standard Contractual Clauses, then:

  • AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTRACT The Contract shall be amended as follows:

  • NO STRIKE CLAUSE A. The Association and Board recognize that strikes and other forms of work stoppages by employees are contrary to law and public policy. The Association and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program. The Association, therefore, agrees that its officers, representatives and members shall not authorize, instigate, cause, aid, encourage, ratify or condone, nor shall any employee take part in any strike, slowdown or stoppage of work, boycott, picketing or other interruption of activities in the school system. Failure or refusal on the part of any employee to comply with the provisions of this Article shall be cause for whatever disciplinary action is deemed necessary by the Board.

  • Additional Clauses 31.13.1 The Parties expressly agree that if any limitation or provision contained or expressly referred to in this Clause 31 (Indemnities and Liability) is held to be invalid under any Law, it will be deemed omitted to that extent, and if any party becomes liable for loss or damage to which that limitation or provision applied, that liability will be subject to the remaining limitations and provisions set out in this Clause 31 (Indemnities and Liability).
