AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES / REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION. Americans with Disabilities Act. The parties agree that the City is obligated to provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities, in order to comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Employment and Housing Act and all other applicable federal, state and local disability anti-discrimination statutes. The parties further agree that this Memorandum shall be interpreted, administered and applied in a manner consistent with such statutes. The City reserves the right to take any action necessary to comply therewith.
