Amount and Term of the Loan. 3.1 The amount of the Loan is RMB Four Million.
3.2 The Loan is granted for a term of 12 months commencing from October 20th, 2005 to October 16th, 2006.
3.3 Party A should withdraw the Loan in one trenche according to Clause 3.2 of this Contract. Under special circumstances and with written consent from Party B, Party A can withdraw the Loan 7 days in advance or delay. The drawdown date and maturity date of the Loan shall be the dates prescribed on the relevant certificate of indebtedness.
Amount and Term of the Loan. 2.1 The currency of the loan under this contract is RMB and the amount is 3,000,000.00_ (in words: three million yuan only _) (in case of case inconsistency, the capital shall prevail).
2.2 The term of the loan under this Contract shall not be any more than 12 months, counting from the date of the first withdrawal under this Contract
2.3 For each withdrawal, the withdrawal date is the date when the loan funds are actually transferred into the loan account, and the maturity date is the repayment date recorded in the IOU (for the installment repayment, the maturity date shall be executed according to the repayment plan otherwise agreed by both parties), and the repayment date of any withdrawal shall not exceed the loan term of this contract.
Amount and Term of the Loan. 4.1 The currency and amount of the loan hereunder are listed in 21.3.
4.2 See 21.4 for the term of loan under this contract. If a loan is drawn in installments, the maturity date of each loan shall not exceed the maturity date agreed in this paragraph. The specific withdrawal date and amount shall be subject to the loan voucher, which is an integral part of this contract and has the same legal effect as this contract.
Amount and Term of the Loan. 2. 1 The currency of the loan under this contract is RMB and the amount is 8000000.00 (in words: Eight million) (In case of inconsistency between upper and lower case, the upper case shall prevail).
Amount and Term of the Loan. 4.1 The amount of the loan under this Contract shall be RMB Ninety Two Million (in words), 92,000,000 (in number) (in case of any discrepancy between the two, the former shall prevail; the same will apply below).
4.2 The term of loan under this Contract shall be 84 month(s) effective from March 22, 2007 and expiring upon March 21, 2014.
Amount and Term of the Loan. 3.1 The amount of the loan under the Agreement is (Amount in words) Twenty Million Yuan Only YUAN (Amount in figures) RMB 20,000,000 Yuan.
3.2 The term of the loan under the Agreement is from April 14th, 2010 to April 13th, 2011.
3.3 Party A shall make withdrawal of the loan as stipulated in Article 3.2 in one lump sum. The loan note shall be an integral part of the Agreement: in case there is any discrepancy between the amount or the date on the loan note and in the Agreement, those on the loan note shall prevail; in case there is any discrepancy between the items other than the amount and the date on the loan note and in the Agreement, those in the Agreement shall prevail.
Amount and Term of the Loan. Party A and B agree that Party A shall grant Party B a cash loan facility available for multiple drawdowns in one year starting from the date hereof in a total amount up to RMB 50,000,000 (fifty million). The term for each drawdown is 12 months.
Amount and Term of the Loan. 2.1 The currency and amount of the Loan under this Agreement shall be RMB 150,000,000.00 (in words: Renminbi One Hundred and Fifty Million). (In the event of any discrepancy between the amount in words and that in Arabic numerals, the amount in words shall prevail.)
2.2 The Loan term hereunder shall be six years from the actual drawdown date (or the first actual drawdown date in the case of phased drawdown). The actual drawdown date shall be the date recorded in the IOU (loan certificate) made by and between the Lender and the Borrower.

4.2 The term of the loan hereunder is 180 months, from March 23, 2007 to March 23, 2022.
