If the amount of the Account Value to be applied under an Annuity Option is less than $5,000, we may make one lump sum payment equal to the then current Account Value in lieu of Annuity Payments. If the amount of the Annuity Payment would be less than $100, we may reduce the frequency of payments to an interval which will result in the payment being at least $100, but with a frequency of no less than annually. Basis of Payments The Fixed Annuity Tables are based on the tables defined under the Annuity Option Information section specified on the Contract Schedule. The amount of each Annuity Payment is guaranteed by us.
