AMOUNT OF BENEFITS UPON A SEPARATION DUE TO DISABILITY. If a Participant terminates Employment due to a Disability, his or her benefit shall be the Account Balance of all of his or her Accounts determined as a Fully Vested Separation in accordance with Section 5.2 and Section 10.6.2. The Benefit Commencement Date of any such Participant on whose behalf contributions are being made pursuant to Section 3.1.4 shall be as soon as practicable after the date such contributions cease.
