AMOUNT OF DISABILITY BENEFITS. The amount of disability benefits shall be 50% of an employee's weekly earnings (as defined in Section 1 (e)), immediately preceding the date of disability (55% effective April 1, 1991) payable until the earlier of recovery, or attainment of age sixty-five (65).
