Bilingual Pay Where the Employer currently pays bilingual pay or bonuses, it shall continue to do so. The Employer retains discretion to initiate bilingual pay or bonuses. The minimum bilingual bonus or hourly equivalent is $25 per pay period. The Employer may not require an employee to use bilingual skills without paying the appropriate bonus or pay. This does not apply to employees where such skills are in the classification specification.
Amount of Leave Eligible employees are entitled to a total of 12 workweeks of unpaid leave during any 12-month period. As of January 2008, FMLA was amended to include a special leave entitlement that permits eligible employees to take up to 26 weeks of unpaid leave to care for a covered servicemember during a single 12-month period. No more than 26 workweeks of leave may be taken within any single 12-month period.
Amount of Rs (. ) (not exceeding 95% of the total consideration) to be paid to the Promoter on completion of the lifts, water pumps, electrical fittings, electro, mechanical and environment requirements, entrance lobby/s, plinth protection, paving of areas appertain and all other requirements as may be prescribed in the Agreement of sale of the building or wing in which the said Apartment is located.
Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.
Cash Shortages No employee may be required to make up cash register shortages unless he or she is given the privilege of checking the money and daily receipts upon starting and completing the work shift, and unless the employee has exclusive access to the cash register during the work shift and unless cash is balanced daily, except as specified below. No employee may be required to make up register shortages when Management exercises the right to open the register during the employee's work shift, unless the register is opened in the presence of the employee and the employee is given the opportunity to verify all withdrawals and/or deposits. No employee shall be held responsible for cash shortages unless he or she has exclusive access to his or her cash.
Amount of Sick Leave Employees shall be granted sick leave on the basis of one and one-half (1 1/2) days per month of service in a continuing appointment, at the F.T.E. of current appointment. If in any one year employees have not used their sick leave, or only a portion thereof, it shall accrue to their credit for future use and benefits.
Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the first quarter.
Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4. 5.7.2 BellSouth shall make available the following channelization systems and interfaces: 5.7.2.1 DS1 Channelization System: channelizes a DS1 signal into a maximum of twenty- four (24)
Amount of facility Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Lender shall make a loan facility not exceeding $30,000,000 available to the Borrower in up to five advances.
Aggregate Leave The aggregate amount of leave of absence from employment that may be taken by an employee under Clause 21.1 (Maternity Leave) and Clause 21.2 (Parental Leave) in respect of the birth or adoption of any one child will not exceed 78 weeks, except as provided under Clause 21.1(f) (Maternity Leave) and/or Clause 21.2(c) Parental Leave.
