Common use of Amount of Supplement Clause in Contracts

Amount of Supplement. The amount of the supplement provided in subsection 18.B.2.b. hereof, for any hour of any normal work day, shall not exceed the difference between 100% of the employee's normal gross salary rate, including premium pay and applicable salary ordinance footnotes, and the "weekly benefit amount" multiplied by two and divided by 80.

Amount of Supplement. The amount of the supplement provided in subsection 18.B.2.b17.B.2.b. hereof, for any hour of any normal work day, shall not exceed the difference between 100% of the employee's normal gross salary rate, including premium pay and applicable salary ordinance footnotesbilingual differential pay, and the "weekly benefit amount" multiplied by two and divided by 80.

Amount of Supplement. The amount of the supplement provided in subsection 18.B.2.b. Section D. hereof, for any hour of any normal work day, shall not exceed the difference between 100% of the employee's ’s normal gross salary rate, including premium pay conditions specified in Section 12. and applicable salary ordinance footnotes, and the "“weekly benefit amount" ” multiplied by two and divided by 8075/80.

Amount of Supplement. The amount of the supplement provided in subsection 18.B.2.b25.B.2.b. hereof, for any hour of any normal work day, shall not exceed the difference between 100% of the employee's normal gross salary rate, including premium pay the educational incentive, Explosive Ordinance, and applicable salary ordinance footnotesbilingual differential pay, and the "weekly benefit amount" multiplied by two and divided by 80.

Amount of Supplement. The amount of the supplement provided in subsection 18.B.2.b. Section D hereof, for any hour of any normal work day, shall not exceed the difference between 100% of the employee's ’s normal gross salary rate, including premium pay and applicable salary ordinance footnotesconditions specified in Section 21, and the "“weekly benefit amount" ” multiplied by two and divided by 80.

Amount of Supplement. The amount of the supplement provided in subsection 18.B.2.b. hereof, for any hour of any normal work dayworkday, shall not exceed the difference between one hundred percent (100% %) of the employee's ’s normal gross salary rate, including premium pay and applicable salary ordinance footnotes, and the "“weekly benefit amount" ” multiplied by two and divided by 80.two
