Amounts and Terms of Advances. 2.1. (a) Advances Under the Revolving Loan. Each Lender severally agrees,on the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to make Advances under the Revolving Loan to Company on any Business Day during the period from the Closing Date until the Conversion Date, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed at any time outstanding such Lender's Specified Percentage of the Commitment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, until the Conversion Date, Company may borrow, repay and reborrow the Advances -29- under the Revolving Loan. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2.1(a) or Section 2.1(c) to the contrary, at no time shall the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of Advances outstanding under the Revolving Loan and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Bid Rate Loans outstanding exceed the Commitment.
