Progress Report On or before September 1 of each year until LICENSEE markets a Licensed Product(s), LICENSEE shall make a written annual report to STANFORD covering the preceding year ending June 30, regarding the progress of LICENSEE toward commercial use of Licensed Product(s). Such report shall include, as a minimum, information sufficient to enable STANFORD to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for STANFORD to ascertain progress by LICENSEE toward meeting the diligence requirements of this Article 5.
Progress Reports 8. Within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter following the date of this Agreement, the board of directors shall submit to the Reserve Bank written progress reports detailing the form and manner of all actions taken to secure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and the results thereof, and a parent company only balance sheet, income statement, and, as applicable, report of changes in stockholders’ equity. Final Report In the event of any resignation or removal of the Custodian, the Custodian shall provide to the Company a complete final report or data file transfer of any Confidential Information as of the date of such resignation or removal.
Financial Statements, Reports, etc Furnish to the Administrative Agent (which will promptly furnish such information to the Lenders):
Current Report on Form 8-K The Company shall, on the date hereof, retain its independent registered public accounting firm to audit the balance sheet of the Company as of the Closing Date (the “Audited Balance Sheet”) reflecting the receipt by the Company of the proceeds of the Offering on the Closing Date. As soon as the Audited Balance Sheet becomes available, the Company shall promptly, but not later than four business days after the Closing Date, file a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Commission, which Current Report shall contain the Company’s Audited Balance Sheet. Additionally, upon the Company’s receipt of the proceeds from the exercise of all or any portion of the option provided for in Section 2(b) hereof, the Company shall promptly, but not later than four business days after the receipt of such proceeds, file a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Commission, which report shall disclose the Company’s sale of the Option Units and its receipt of the proceeds therefrom, unless the receipt of such proceeds are reflected in the Current Report on Form 8-K referenced in the immediately prior sentence.

Monthly Report On each Reporting Date, the Servicer will provide to the Seller, the Administrative Agent, the Backup Servicer and the Liquidity Banks, a monthly statement including a Borrowing Base calculated as of the most recent Determination Date, with respect to the related Collection Period signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Seller and substantially in the form of Exhibit C (a “Monthly Report”).
