Progress Report definition

Progress Report means the Progress Report described in Article D.1.0 (Reporting Requirements).
Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.
Progress Report has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(b).

  • Within thirty (30) days of the Final Completion Date, Contractor shall submit a final Monthly Progress Report and a final request for payment which shall set forth all amounts due and remaining unpaid to it (the “Final Request for Payment”), and upon approval thereof by Owner, Owner shall pay to Contractor the amount due under such Final Request for Payment.

  • All Defects or Deficiencies identified by such inspection or testing shall be included in the Monthly Progress Report submitted to Owner with the Contractor’s Request for Payment.

  • The Monthly Progress Report shall describe in detail (a) all such Defects or Deficiencies identified, including a failure analysis of the problem, (b) a description of the solutions identified for each such Defect and Deficiency, (c) all Work that was re-performed or corrected and any related services rendered during the immediately preceding month and (d) all such Defects or Deficiencies not then corrected or re-performed.

More Definitions of Progress Report

Progress Report means a progress report including the items set forth in Exhibit E.
Progress Report means the report required by Alberta Innovates from the Applicant in the standard form, no later than thirty (30) days after the completion of each Milestone. The report must provide accounting for all Project revenues and expenditures, a concise summary of what the Project has achieved, and the status of performance of the Project addressing the specific outcomes in relation to the objectives of Alberta Innovates and the expected outcomes as stated in the Applicant’s Application and this Investment Agreement;
Progress Report means, if Schedule B requires such reports, the periodic reports summarizing the progress of the Project that are required by Alberta Innovates from the Applicant. Each Progress Report must be submitted using the Template provided by Alberta Innovates, or in such other format as approved by Alberta Innovates. Depending on the Program, the Progress Report requirements may Include the requirement for the Applicant to: (i) provide an accounting for all Project revenues Including the Investment and Applicant Contributions (if any), and all expenses Including Eligible Expenses; (ii) provide a concise summary of what the Project has achieved; and (iii) Include an update on the status of performance of the Project addressing the specific outcomes in relation to Alberta Innovates’ objectives and desired outcomes, and the expected outcomes as stated in the Application and this Investment Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, if any Funding Partner requires the Applicant to submit periodic reports about the Project to it using its templates or reporting system, then Alberta Innovates may Elect whether or not to accept such report as a Progress Report;
Progress Report means the quarterly report prepared in accordance with Regulation 15;
Progress Report has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.
Progress Report means Contractor’s monthly report to Owner containing an executive summary of completed Work and the contents of the report; the up-to-date Construction Schedule; the current actual costs as compared to their budgeted costs for completed activities and estimated costs compared to their budgeted costs for incomplete activities; Construction Contingency status; all known and potential Claims; all material issues relating to the Project that may affect Contract Sum, Contract Time, or Project quality, and proposed solutions for each such issue; status of all outstanding requests for information; current safety and accident report; Project progress photos; and other relevant information reasonably required by Owner.
Progress Report means the Progress Report described in Article D.2.0 (Progress Reports and Final Progress Report).
