Common use of AMR SERVICES Clause in Contracts

AMR SERVICES. The AMR Services shall include: AMR installation, commissioning and relocation; AMR Meter rental and data collection; consumption data collection, management and delivery; provision of AMR Meter readings for billing purposes; daily AMR Meter readings; bespoke customer AMR data analysis software; management and support services in relation to AMR Meters; AMR data access via internet; AMR Meters with smart displays; and automated monitoring and targeting of AMR Meters. The Supplier shall ensure that the provision of AMR Services includes: the display of AMR data on the Supplier’s secure AMR Services web portal on the same day as the AMR Meter read is taken, which display shall be able to be accessed and viewed by the Customer; provision of all the calculations required to take the volumetric measurement from the AMR Meter and covert it to an energy rating, including elements such as calorific value, Meter measurement (imperial or metric), correction and read factors; and the provision of AMR data to the Customer in gas industry standard file formats. The Supplier shall charge the Customer a xxxxx per Day rate for each installation of a Meter pursuant to the AMR Services.
