Funding Arrangement Termination Event occurs to another registered training organisation that is a member of the Training Provider Group; the Training Provider is abolished under section 3.1.11(1)(b) of the Act; the Board/Council of the Training Provider is abolished under section 3.1.12(1)(c) of the Act; and/or an administrator is appointed to the Training Provider under section 3.1.21 of the Act.
