REPORTING AND PROVISION OF INFORMATION. Reporting The Training Provider must: use an electronic Student Management System that complies with the Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines; provide accurate Student Statistical Reports to the Department in relation to the Training Services, which comply with Clauses 12 and 13 of Schedule 1; provide reports in accordance with Clause 12 of Schedule 1; provide such other reports and information as the Department may require from time to time relating to this VET Funding Contract, the Training Services and the Funds by the time specified by the Department, or if no time is specified, within a reasonable period of time from the Department’s request; if the Department requires, collect new information and create new documents in such format as the Department may specify; and provide any reports to the Department in accordance with Schedule 3 (if applicable to the Training Provider). Reports on anticipated commencements The Training Provider must provide a report to the Department detailing the Training Provider's anticipated commencement numbers for any period, including related information, as requested by the Department, within a reasonable period of time from such a request and in a form prescribed by the Department. The Department may use information referred to in Clause 7.2 for the Department's planning, resourcing, administration and management, both in connection with the Skills First Program generally and this VET Funding Contract, including scheduling or taking specific actions under or in relation to this VET Funding Contract.

  • Provision of Information (a) For so long as any of the Certificates of any Series or Class are “restricted securities” within the meaning of Rule 144(a)(3) under the Act, each of the Depositor, the Master Servicer and the Trustee agree to cooperate with each other to provide to any Certificateholders, and to any prospective purchaser of Certificates designated by such holder, upon the request of such holder or prospective purchaser, any information required to be provided to such holder or prospective purchaser to satisfy the condition set forth in Rule 144A(d)(4) under the Act. Any reasonable, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Trustee in providing such information shall be reimbursed by the Depositor.

  • Dissemination of Information The Borrower authorizes each Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a "Transferee") and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such Lender's possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including without limitation any information contained in any Reports; provided that each Transferee and prospective Transferee agrees to be bound by Section 9.11 of this Agreement.
