Rearrangement connecting facility move (CFM) allows Covad to move the Loop facility assignment from a collocation arrangement to a multiplexer or from a multiplexer to a collocation arrangement. CFMs require a change to the Loop basic class of service. The Loop type and the customer must remain the same.
