Anaheim’s Access to Meters. (i) Seller shall promptly provide Anaheim all meter data and data acquisition services both in real-time, and at later times, as Anaheim may reasonably request. (ii) Prior to Initial Synchronization, Seller shall provide instructions to the CAISO granting authorizations or other documentation sufficient to provide Anaheim with access to the CAISO Approved Meter and to Seller’s settlement data on OMAR.
