SaaS Fees You agree to pay us the SaaS Fees. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. The SaaS Fees are based on the number of Defined Users and amount of Data Storage Capacity. You may add additional users or additional data storage capacity on the terms set forth in Section H(1). In the event you regularly and/or meaningfully exceed the Defined Users or Data Storage Capacity, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees commensurate with the overage(s).
Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
Inspection Fees The Developer agrees to pay the inspection fees as required by fee schedule established by Teton County for its Planning and Building Department.
Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account. Stripe may change fees or penalties by providing Stripe Issuing Accountholder advance notice before revisions become applicable to Stripe Issuing Accountholder, subject to Law.
Development Fees The character and amount of any fee, charge or other consideration which must be paid by Donee to develop any Property.
DUES/FEES 1. a. Each permanent employee* in this unit (who is not on a leave of absence) shall, as a condition of continued employment, become a member of the certified representative of this unit, or pay the Association a service fee in an amount not to exceed periodic dues and general assessments of the Association for the term of this MOU, or a period of one (1) year from the operative date of this article, whichever comes first. Such amounts shall be determined by the Association and implemented by Management in the first payroll period which starts 30 days after written notice of the new amount is received by the Controller. Any increase in Association dues or fees that results from general (cost-of-living) salary increases, and/or special or technical salary adjustments, being applied to the salary of City classifications shall be implemented by Management on a prospective basis, with said increase in dues or fees being deducted commencing with the first payroll period in which the adjusted salary appears. Under no circumstances shall said increase in dues or fees be collected from employees’ paychecks on a retroactive basis. (*A permanent employee is defined as one who has completed six continuous months of City service from his/her original date of appointment and who is a member of the Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System.)

Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.
Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.
Future Treatment of Unallowable Costs Unallowable Costs shall be separately determined and accounted for by Defendants, and Defendants shall not charge such Unallowable Costs directly or indirectly to any contracts with the United States or any State Medicaid program, or seek payment for such Unallowable Costs through any cost report, cost statement, information statement, or payment request submitted by Defendants or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates to the Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or FEHBP Programs.
