MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS Contractor is required to ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) are available, employees are trained in the use of MSDS, and MSDS are in a readily accessible place at the Site. This requirement applies to all materials with an associated MSDS per the federal “Hazard Communication” standard or employees’ Right-to-Know laws. Contractor is also required to ensure proper labeling and training on any substance brought onto the Site and that any person working with the material (or who is subject to possible exposure by use of the material or contact with the material), is informed of the possible and/or real hazards of the substance, and follows proper handling and protection procedures.
Material Safety Data Sheet Seller shall provide to Buyer with each delivery any Material Safety Data Sheet applicable to the work in conformance with and containing such information as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and regulations promulgated thereunder or its State approved counterpart.

Program Compliance The School Board shall be responsible for monitoring the program to provide technical assistance and to ensure program compliance.
LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION AND DISASSEMBLY You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
No Reverse Engineering You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by this License or by the Usage Rules if they are applicable to you), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Apple Software or any services provided by the Apple Software, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of open-sourced components included with the Apple Software).
Progress Reports and Information When required, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner such schedule of quantities and costs, payrolls, bills, vouchers, correct copies of all subcontracts, statements, reports, correct copies of all agreements, correspondence, and written transactions with the surety on the performance bond that have any relevance to the Work, estimates, records, and other data as the Owner may request that concerns the Work performed or to be performed under this Contract. When requested by the Owner, the Contractor shall give the Owner access to its records relating to the foregoing. (See also Article 1.2.3, Audits.) The above reports shall include, but are not limited to, (a) written notice of dates by which specified Work will have been completed, (b) written notice of dates by which Non-Compliant Work will be made good, (c) written notice that Non-Compliant Work has been made good, (d) written notice as to the date or dates by which Work that has not been performed with equal steps and at the same rate required by the Overall Project Schedule shall have been brought into conformity with the Overall Project Schedule, (e) date by which any undisputed claim of a Subcontractor, Supplier, or laborer shall have been paid, (f) written advice regarding the nature and amount of any disputed claim of a Subcontractor, Supplier, or laborer, and (g) information regarding Work performed under Change Orders.
Project Information Except for confidential information designated by the City as information not to be shared, Consultant agrees to share Project information with, and to fully cooperate with, those corporations, firms, contractors, public utilities, governmental entities, and persons involved in or associated with the Project. No information, news, or press releases related to the Project, whether made to representatives of newspapers, magazines, or television and radio stations, shall be made without the written authorization of the City’s Project Manager.
Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.
Use of Contract Documents and Information 3.5.1 The tenderer shall not, without the Procuring entity’s prior written consent, disclose the Contract, or any provision therefore, or any specification, plan, drawing, pattern, sample, or information furnished by or on behalf of the Procuring entity in connection therewith, to any person other than a person employed by the tenderer in the performance of the Contract.
