Anchorages. 3.1. In the case of a belt equipped with a belt adjustment device for height as defined in paragraph 29.6. of this Regulation, this device shall be secured either to a rigid frame, or to a part of the vehicle on which it is normally mounted which shall be securely fixed on the test trolley.
